Tiq Settlement - Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-27

Tiq Settlement is a personal, single-developer proof-of-concept project for splitting bills with contacts. It is not publicly available and is currently only used against the developer's own bank accounts and phone contacts, connected via Open Banking (PSD2 AIS) through Enable Banking.

What data is collected

Why it's collected

Transaction data is used to detect purchases that can be split with other people. Contact details are used to generate payment requests (Swish deeplinks) for the people a bill is split with.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database with row-level security, accessible only to the authenticated account that created it. Data is retained for as long as the project is in active development.

Third parties

Bank account access is brokered by Enable Banking (enablebanking.com), acting as the licensed Account Information Service Provider. No data is sold or shared with any other third party.
